This is my story to Youth Social Business Summit 2012, organized by Youth Trust Foundation, MyHarapan. Last time ak pg Youth Nation Summit and ak rasa last time ak rasa aku bagus kot.. x melencong ke tempat lain.. haha..sape suh wat kat publika..mmg melencong abis lah.. 

Book sales!! at KLCentral..from RM5 to RM15..dan 'EagleStrike' menjadi pilihan ku ^^

Pertemuan yg tidak dirancang dan pertemuan yg Allah tentukan jgk lah yg sweetttt x terkata! ^^. Mereka lah teman, kawan, musuh dn sahabat ak sejak skolah menengah.. Bukan senang nak jumpa sekali gus dorang ni.. semua busy dgn hal masing2 dan alhamdulillah, akhernya setelah 4 tahun kami dipertemukan di UIA.. ;)

The event

The unplanned event.. hehe.. kebetulan kat publika jgk ada program Supercar Charity Ride and automatik jgk ak jadi minat pasal kereta super2 nih..haha.. tereksaited kot. 

Wondermilk cupcakes.. So heaven dapat mkn cupcakes ni sbb rasa dia sedappp sgt! Ak jenis x suka makanan manis2, tp wondermilk cupcakes ni seriously x kan mengecewakan. perhaps, u should try. ^^

Satu lagi tempat yg best kat publika ialah Kafe Mee Jawa. Mee Jawa dia sedappp sgt2 dan banyak. RM 8 tp berbaloilah. Ak sarankan bagi org yg x makan banyak, sila order 1 je then kongsi ngn kawan sbb satu pinggan tu banyak sgt dan cukup untuk 2 org makan. hee

So, the event ends here. Me and the rumet..and we share the same passion! =)

Ikan kembung masak 3 rasa

Salam,

Credit to sunkist sebab share resipi ini dan aku ubah ikut kemampuan diri sbg seorang student yg kekurangan bajet. hehe..so, jadilah lauk makan malam kami, ikan kembung masak tiga rasa..~

Bahan:

Ikan kembung 4 ekor 
2 biji bawang putih 
3 biji bawang merah 
sedikit halia 
Nenas 
Tomato
Timun
Lobak merah
Cili giling
cili padi
Sos cili
Sos tiram
Sos ikan
Serbuk kunyit
garam,gula,minyak masak

Cara masak:

1) Siang ikan, bersihkan, dan lumurkan dgn garam dan serbuk kunyit, lalu goreng sampai garing..
2) Kemudian untuk kuah 3 rasa, panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah yg dicincang sampai naik bau
3) Masukkan cili giling dan goreng seketika..kemudian masukkan nenas
4) Masukkan lobak merah, halia, tomato cincang, sos cili, sos tiram, sos ikan, gula dan garam. Masak sampai pekat kuah.
5) Setelah siap masak, tuang kuah tadi ke atas ikan dan hias dengan timun.

Hasilnya, sedap jgk.. mudah dan sedap..try lah.. hee ;)

Travelog to Washington D.C [part 2]

As promised, this is my journey to Amerika ;)

Bertolak dari KLIA, 28 Sept, 7.30 mlm naik Emirates Airline. Perjalanan dari Malaysia ke Dubai dalam 7 jam. Transit kat Dubai dlm 3 jam..dan perjalanan dari Dubai ke Washington selama 13 jam.. so, jumlah semuanya, 23 jam.. Lebih kurang sehari semalam perjalanan. Oh ya, beza waktu Washington dgn Malaysia ialah lewat 12 jam. So, sampai kat Washington Dulles International Airport pada 10.00 am 29 Sept. 

Ni lah budak2 UTP yg ikut, dan sorang hilang kat situ, Din! SWC Team 2011.. tambah 1 faculty advisor. Mr. Ridhuan Tony. Sir Ridhuan ganti Mr. Am..sebab Mr. Am ada hal x dapat ikut.. Haa, muka x mandi satu hari tuh.. tp still cantek2 n hengseng2 blake op.. huk3.

It was autumn. The beginning of fall season. Of course I'm very excited! haha.. Pertama kali rasa udara negara 4 musim nih.. Matahari tegak atas kepala tapi udara sejukk amat... X berpeluh pun..seriously! and this is where we stay-> the Eldon Luxury Suites! mewah gak.. hehe..alhamdulillah

29 Sept: Hari pertama. 

Check in start at 3pm. While waiting, we go wandering around the city..Searching for any halal food restaurant nearby and finally after an hour wandering about, we found this place -->  Naan & Beyond Restaurant. I had Chicken Rice and Sprite for drink.. This was my first menu here.. and yeah..delicious! Never imagine I could eat rice in Washington! haha. The cost was about $7 including tax. err, x da la susah sangat nak dapat nasi.. hehe..

At night, walking around Washington city! Most of the shops and mall here closed at 6.00pm or 8.00pm. Wondering that maybe it was a good thing.. so, their night will only be for family..Yang bukak nye, Hard Rock Cafe.. Kebetulan pulak ada concert sket... so, enjoy je lah.. hehe.. just sight seeing ;)

Wanna keep walking..and walking..in this strange city.. but..should get some sleep..yes, should get some sleep.. and I am not jetlag here ;P

30 Sept: Hari kedua

We planned to go to the south of Washington D.C. Since all of us doesn't want to spend any money for taxi, walking is the best solution.! haha.So, the place that we officially had visited were White House, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument and National WWII Memorial. but still along the journey we could see lot of building there..like Ronald Reagan and Smithsonian Museum. Just that we don't have opportunity to go in.huhu..  What I can conclude here, most of the design architecture of the building there are mixed from the period of Renaissance and Modern architecture. Sir Ridhuan Tony said, every art and design symbolize the people and knowledge on that period.. and 1 more thing, it was pretty hard to find any stall roadside that sold gift or merchandise..I was thinking to buy some souvenir perhaps..but maybe because it was Washington and the rules of the city doesn't allow roadside stall.. maybe?

3.00pm, SIFE WC was officially begin. So, turn the focus to SWC now.. huhu.. As usual, we had an event, culture fair for about 2 hour before the opening ceremony. During the event, every country will be given a booth where we will showed and promoted our cultures and traditions. We sang, dance and greet each other and for me, the most important thing, walk around and collect gift and merchandises from each countries. hehe. This year, most of the countries promoted their food, snacks and fruits..and yeah, I want something that can be brought home la.. huhu..

1 October: Hari ketiga

The competition started. UMS, Universiti Malaysia Sabah which represent Malaysia this year was in the league 6. 

me with enactus UMS having our dinner at Mayur Kabab House.

Malaysia didn't manage to semi final..but still UMS have done the best and we proud of you guys..! =)

2 October: Hari Keempat

The last day to be full utilize perhaps... so, the activity for today was shopping! Macys, Forever21, H&M and whats more? tu ja kut yg sempat pergi nya.. huhu.. and still the competition is on..so, we were like rushing in and out from the hall to shopping complex.. hehe..

I wish that I was a working woman at US right now and have some plenty of money to shop! huhu..Seriously, the price range were quite ok.. cheap for dollars la..but when convert to RM..gagaga.. The rate of money was like RM1= $3.1.. huhu

Back to Enactus World Cup. So, the champion for this year was US. Congrats tuan rumah.. 

After the closing ceremony, we had our dinner at Urfa Tomato Kabob and datin belanja.. yeay! (jimat duit.. hehe). Some discussion,sharing or so called post mortem for about 2 hours and then went back to suites to pack.

As usual of EWC, post party on 11pm at club ibiza. but, i prefer enjoyed my last night there to sleep.. haha. so tired for the whole day.. zzz

3-4 October

Depart from WD Airport on 3 Oct,10.55am and arrived at Malaysia on 4 Oct 9++pm. Going back to UTP with Mr. Ridhuan by bus. and my story ended here.. :) 

Some sort of food stuff that I enjoyed there..Washington and Dubai.

It was a dream comes true of me in Washington D.C.. I wish to remember every single moment there..fall season..with my SIFE clan..met with my crushhh.. auwww..haha.. it was a good feeling~~

I'll update about the journey later..as i need to focus on FYP first..!! hnshnshns
